About Jing
Dr. Dong-O’Brien is a transportation engineer at the Center for Transportation Research and Education. Before joining Iowa State University, she worked at the U.S. Department of Energy’s Oak Ridge National Laboratory as a research staff member from 2010 to 2012. From 2009 to 2010, she was a postdoctoral researcher at the Northwestern University Transportation Center.
